The concept of subliminal videos has been around for a while now. Most people understand the basic principal of how they work. An image or message is flashed on the screen too quickly for your conscious mind to register having seen it. The human subconscious, however, sees and hears everything that goes on around it. Another key to using subliminal videos successfully is repetition. It is all well and good to get a subliminal message implanted into your subconscious, but like any other muscle in your body, in order to make it stronger, you must exercise it regularly. Repeating the same message a couple of times a day will help etch the message into your mind to where it becomes very hard to dislodge. Just like any other affirmations, the best times to watch subliminal videos is once in the morning and once at night, when the brain is at its most receptive state. After a month of this, you will find that the messages have been ingrained into your regular thought patterns, and it will become almost a part of who you are without any conscious thought at all. It is important to note here that you want to limit the number of subliminal videos that you watch to a number that will be easy for you to watch on a continual basis. If you have decided to watch 3 videos a day, twice a day, make sure that you can keep that pace up for at least a month without interrupting your schedule.

Along with repetition, you want to ensure that you give your mind to process the subliminal videos after each one. This means that you want to give yourself about 30 minutes of just relaxing time after each video you watch. This allows your subconscious the time to really soak up the messages it received, and get prepared for the next one. You wouldn’t go on a ten mile run, then turn right around and do it again without a bit of rest for your muscles in between. You would tire your legs out to the point that any exercises after that would be a waste of time. The same holds true for your subconscious. Allowing your mind to rest and recharge a bit will allow it to receive the maximum potential from your subliminal videos.
