This one-pan pasta couldn’t be easier or tastier! Serves 4.

● 150g pasta
● 1 jar organic pasta sauce
● Handful cherry tomatoes
● 1 onion, thinly sliced
● 4 cloves garlic, crushed
● ½ tsp red pepper flakes
● ½ cup basil, torn
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 4 cups water
● Salt and pepper
● Parmesan cheese, to serve

1. Combine pasta, tomatoes, onion, red pepper flakes, basil, water and oil in a large saucepan.
2. Bring to the boil.
3. Stir mixture frequently, turning the pasta with tongs.
4. Cook until pasta has nearly evaporated, approximately 10 minutes.
5. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Stir through a jar of organic pasta sauce.
7. Serve topped with parmesan cheese — enjoy!
