Millennials are transforming the world. And oh with the help of some experts of course. They have learned from the best – the self-help gurus. As one of the millennials, I have heard people telling me that I have a problem relying on those people because you cannot handle your own difficulties. It is saddening that self-improvement can be a source of weakness for some. But are we not here to spread some good news? Good thing these people are not easily discouraged.

Tony Robbins
Though “I Am Not Your Guru” seem to be a disclaimer on his part. Fans who have changed their lives with Mr. Robbins’ help do not mind. The impact he made into their lives resonated tremendously. Robbins is your go-to guy when it comes to relationships, career, finance, health, lifestyle, productivity. Practically, anything that you can think of.

The Minimalists
Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus was also known as The Minimalists believe in living life deliberately and with meaning. They recently finished Minimalism Documentary. Gaining millions of followers from 52 followers when they first started their blog, this duo can not only help you declutter your lifestyle but also teach you a thing or two on the important things. So if you are in the midst of “suffocation”, you will surely need their help.

Gretchen Rubin
Happiness is a choice. And the millennials choose Gretchen Rubin. Her best seller book “The Happiness Project” will you feel like you have known her before. I guess, it is because she boldly stated the same thing you want – to be happy and how to be. She is said to be a great influence on habits and happiness that she may just be the right girl for you. Or guru in this case.

Susan Cain
The introverts are making a stand (quietly) and Susan Cain is their motivator. She helps us understand them. Dismissing the myths and acknowledging the power of introverts are her main cause. One out or three person in the world is an introvert. And if you are not sure yet maybe it is time for you to discover.

Deepak Chopra
An advocate of alternative medicine, Deepak Chopra open the minds of many to the ways to meditate. If you are into yoga, then you probably have heard of him before. Also, a bestseller author with a lot of criticism on his works only proves he his worth your time.

Malcolm Gladwell
For the outliers out there befriend Malcolm Gladwell’s books. You will learn the keys on how to be successful. His style is to make the complicated be understood, simplified. You, your environment and everything in between explained. Curios millennials are on his side for self-help advice.

Dale Carnegie
Most millennials are a lover of the old school and the new school. Dale Carnegie is the self-help guru of all time. His teachings never fail over the years. His best-seller “How to Win Friends and Influence People” propelled his success on aiding self-improvement. For more a classic take in your daily grind turn to Carnegie if needed.

These gurus are human. They spend their time looking for answers to the common questions we have for ourselves. Sharing their knowledge to help us all. If you have time you can visit their website and be inspired millennials or not.
