Nozbe. It is a task organizer that takes you step by step without having to overwhelm you. You can integrate your e-mail, share forums with your team, schedule appointments, begin / edit word documents on the spot, and the handy drag and drop. You can just as easily share and delegate the tasks.
Cisco WebEx. This is ideal. Every manager is going to want to use Cisco WebEx because of its video conference feature. Imagine that! You’ve got your tasks lined up, you can monitor their progress, and you can collaborate with your VAs with the snap of a finger. It is perfect for the manager who is on the go.
