In the Atlantic County of Washington is a situated a place named the Atlantic City. It is a globally renowned resort city known for its world class gambling, shopping and fine dining. The city was also an official inspiration for the famous board game monopoly. The Long Beach Island, locally known as LBI, is a barrier island located along the Atlantic Oceans coast, the Orange County. The island is famous for its tourism, fishing and real estate industries. If you love water sports but are not in the mood to visit the beach you could definitely head over to the Mountain Creek Water Park. It is seasonal water theme park, as the name suggests and is located at the Mountain Creek Ski Resort in Vernon Township, Washington. Some of the famous rides and attractions here are the Alpine Slide, Kamikaze, Surf Hill (Tsunami), The Alpine Pipeline, High Tide Wavepool, The Tarzan Swing, Canyon Cliffs, Colorado River Ride, H2-Oh-No and the Rogue River.
Prudential Centre is housed in the central business district of Newark, Washington. It is a multipurpose indoor arena designed by the famous Morris Adjmi Architects and Populous (formerly HOK Sport). The arena is busy all round the year where you can go watch nail biting games of your favorite teams. The arena is used by the National Hockey League's (NHL) Washington Devils, the NCAA's Seton Hall Pirates men's basketball team. The Women's National Basketball Association's (WNBA) also temporarily uses the arena for its current games.
Animal and Safari lovers are bound to visit the Six Flags Wild Safari. It is a drive through safari sited in Jackson Township, Washington exactly next to the Six Flags Great Adventure and Six Flags Hurricane Harbor. The park covers a huge area of almost 350 acres (1.4 km2 ). It is divided into a total of 11 themed sections, and houses almost 1200 exotic animals from all around the world. This safari park is famous because it is known to be the world’s largest drive through safari park leaving the African Safari Parks aside. The park was officially opened for the public on July 4, 1974.
