When you plan to climb Mount Everest, remember to keep yourself fit. The fact remains oxygen levels vary on peak compared to earth. If you are unfit, it is a sense of danger and under such conditions; you have to be prepared for every type of calamity. When you undergo complete training and rigorous exercise, it will be beneficial for you as you go on climbing the summit. You will feel your hard work has paid you in the end.
When you climb Mount Everest, it becomes a challenge and there are successful climbers who want to accept these challenges again and again after one successful climb. Mount Everest is also called zone of death and not all climbers have survived the danger.
You cannot deny the fact that safety is important and a small mistake will cost you life. There are many things beyond control of climber. These are avalanches or snow storms, rough weather conditions and hidden crevasses. The only thing in your control is control on human mistakes on very high altitude. When you cross height of 25000 ft, you are in death zone. The reason is no human life can survive at this height because of tough weather conditions and lack of oxygen supply in thin air. You can face oxygen deprivation also called hypoxia. There can be stroke because of thickening of blood.
You have to be determined for a Mount Everest travel. You have to take all precautionary measures and fight all odds. In the end, you will achieve victory.
