Leh, the capital of Ladakh is the largest district of India situated at height of 3500 meters.

There are some routes which are not open year around. Srinagar and Manali are two major gateways to reach the valley. You can travel to Leh Ladakh by air and road. There are regular services from Jammu, Delhi, Srinagar, and Chandigarh. There are flight services from Shimla as well taking hardly 40 minutes. You can also travel by road but the routes are open only for a short duration.
Leh Ladakh is a wonderful tourist destination to explore where mountains dot the landscape and the warmth of the Ladakhi people delights you. The dry hilly landscape of Ladakh is often described as a moonscape for its unmatched beauty. Spend few days in the lap of beautiful snowy mountains.
