So if you take some more clothes and other necessary minute and trivial things there would be no tension in your head of those things getting destroyed by your kids. In a way you could be a little stress free.

When you are making the journey at that time you would be required to be a bit more patient with the activities of your kids. For example, if the journey happens to be a longer one try to give it a pause at certain junctures. As a matter of fact no kids wants a boring long journey. They are prone to get tired. Once they get tired or irritated they would create a hell lot of a noise. Whereas if you take a few breaks and try to appease them by showing the outside view their mind would be occupied in the views and sites they would be seeing. In this way the journey would be interesting to them too.

Before you set out for a travel try to make sure that you are actually going ot board in a spacious accommodation. If you get something like a stuffy, congested room, your kid is seriously going to dislike it. So always look for an accommodation which is spacious enough.
