Types of Cufflinks

Cufflinks are items of jewelry that are used to secure the cuffs of dress shirts. Cufflinks can be made of from a variety of different materials, such as glass, stone, leather, metal, precious metal or combinations of these. A cufflink fastens a shirt and making it more fashionable, are tools for fastening shirt cuffs closed. They're an alternative to the buttons.

1.BULLET BACK CUFFLINK :, this is a highly popular cufflink among menswear fanatics to this day as It is easy to use and Similar to whale tail cufflinks.

2. Whale Back Cufflinks or Whale tail: is similar to the common bullet back cuff link. They have a flat head, a straight post, and a “whale tail” that flips completely flat against the post & it is easy to use.

3.Fixed Back Cufflink : Are no moving parts in this design, and many fixed backings come in adjustable styles. It might be complicated to wear, but its proven to be more durable.

4.Chain Link Cufflink: its typically allow for a looser cuff, too, which can feel looser on the wrist and allows the shirt to hang more naturally down the arm. The advantages to this style of cufflink. For one, there is something to look at on both sides of your suit wrist. Have two heads (usually identical) connected by a short length of fine chain. This makes a slightly looser fastening than other styles.

5.Ball Return Cufflink: The ball return cufflink can be found in both chain link and fixed closure variations. Faces will vary with design, but the back end will always be differentiated by its ball shape. Can be expensive when made in precious metals.
