Chakra balancing is associated to improved health emotionally, mentally and physically. Everyone can actually achieve the balance of his chakra points and experience the feeling of wellbeing in their life. Chakra points are located all over the body, but the seven major ones play the most important role for our mental, spiritual and physical health. They are represented by the colors of the rainbow, meaning orange, red, green, yellow, indigo, blue, violet.
Where are the Chakras
The Crown chakra is represented by the violet color and is located at the top of the head. The Brow chakra, also known as third eye, is found between and above the eyebrows and is represented by Indigo color. Blue is the color of the throat chakra, that we find at the base of our throat. The centre of the chest is the spot of the heart chakra which is represented by color green. The solar plexus, or navel chakra is found above navel and is represented by yellow. The sacral chakra is below navel and is color orange, and the base or root chakra is located at the base of our spine and is represented by color red.
All these spots on our body are actually the stations of chakras in our body that ensure life and health. Chakras are associated with these parts and need to be totally balanced in order to ensure wellbeing. Chakras are affected by the energy that derives from our feelings, our thoughts or from facts that occur in our environment, and can affect our body condition. Whenever we have some negative feelings we are actually sending negative energy into our body through the chakras. If that continues for some time, we might get ill. Our chakras can be affected by the negative feelings and emotions of other people surrounding us as well. Same with a clogged atmosphere or a room full of clutter.
Avoiding negative energy whatsoever is not possible; however there are many things we can do in order to promote positive energy and protect ourselves from any negativity surrounding us. Keeping chakras in balance is the key; chakra balancing feels like fine tuning them.
Starting your day balancing your chakras is what you should do if you want to feel positive, optimistic, being full of activeness and hope. You just need to find a quiet place and spend some time for yourself, focusing on balancing your chakras. There are many different ways to achieve chakra balancing, and it all depends on your ability to focus and your personal preferences and needs. Some of these methods include yoga, reiki, self concentration, color therapy, aromatherapy and more.
