Use Effective Natural Acne Remedies and Treatments

Many people particularly young males and females approaching puberty seek natural remedies for acne as this is a common problem which affects most of the people. Acne starts with blackheads which are formed due to oil and dead cells getting blocked in the pores on the skin and turns black in color by reacting with the air and later if it gets inflamed turns its color to red. This red colored pustule is called as pimple. If it is not removed by the body completely it can leave a mark on the skin. Acne can occur at any age and usually they are more common on face, around armpits and upper back.
Natural remedies can treat blackheads and pimples as well as can help in removing marks on the skin caused by the pimples and provide glow to the skin. Nutmeg paste made by mixing it with un-boiled milk, this paste can be applied on the pimples and allowed to stay for 2 hours can remove the pimples and stop them from spreading to other parts of the body. Paste of honey and cinnamon is also very useful in removing pimples without leaving any mark if applied before going to bed and washed in the morning with lukewarm water.
If topical application of garlic is tolerable to the facial skin its paste is also an effective natural remedy for removing pimples on regular use, grind fresh cloves of garlic to form a paste and apply at pimples to cure them and remove them without marks. Pack of paste made by mixing sandalwood and rose water allowed to stay for one hour is a very good remedy for preventing acne. A glass of boiled milk mixed with juice of one fresh lemon and used as a face wash daily also prevents acne and helps in removing them without spreading and leaving a mark.
Paste of fenugreek leaves applied in the night and washed in the morning with lukewarm water is a very good preventive remedy for acne. There are other natural remedies using herbs for treating acne, preparing a paste using peppermint is one of them. Peppermint leaves can be crushed with mortar and pestle to form a paste which can be applied on the pimples for five to ten minutes. This is an effective remedy but may cause irritation to a sensitive skin. Oatmeal paste with honey can be applied on the face as face pack for preventing acne, this remedy shall be used avoiding eyes and for not more than 15 minutes. Aloe vera gel is an excellent treatment in curing acne as well as preventing them as it has anti-inflammatory properties and also it is a natural anti-biotic which cures infections on the skin to avoid pimple formation.

A, B and C and containing minerals like zinc are good natural remedies to prevent acne and also to help the body in curing them without leaving any marks. Face massage with any herbal cream and removing the cream with a cotton ball and washing the face later with lukewarm water and mild soap is also an effective natural remedy as it nourishes the skin and increases blood flow to the face to avoid acne and promote glow on the skin.
