Use Homemade Recipes to Take Care of Your Nails and Hands

Nails are very important parts of our body. We can say that they are our visit card do we must take care of them accordingly. Of course there are a large variety of cosmetic products, lotions and hand creams available on the internet but there are many persons that prefer the natural homemade recipes to take care of their hands. On conclusion here some of these natural recipes are.

Beat 2 yolk eggs and mix them with one-fourth cup of milk and 1 teaspoon of honey. Soak your nails in this mixture and keep them there a quarter of an hour. Then rinse your nails and apply some cuticle oil. Because of the proteins contained by eggs and of the calcium from milk your nails will become harder.

Put in a bowl 6 tablespoons of Jojoba oil, 2 tablespoons Flax seed oil, 3 drops of extract of pomegranate and 3 drops of essential oil obtained from carrot seeds. Mix all these ingredients. Apply the mixture on your hands and cover them with lock bags. Let the mixture set about 20 minutes, remove it and then wash your hands.

Avery great anti-aging hand recipe consists in a half a cup of 100% pure juice extracted from cranberry, a big carrot and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Puree or grate the carrot and mix it with the juice. Let it set for about an hour and then add the olive oil. Mix the ingredients and heat them in the microwave about 20 sec. Now you have to soak your hand 10-15 minutes. Rinse your hands well and apply cuticle oil.

Another recipe consists in a half cup of sugar, 2 cups of milk, and 2 tablespoons of moisturizing lotion and 7 cups of water. Then you need a large enough saucepan in which to heat both the milk and the water. When they are steaming you have t add the sugar and the lotion. Mix the ingredients till you obtain a slightly soup mixture. Allow the mixture to cool and apply it then wait for 10 minutes and rinse. In the end apply moisturizer for better result.

If your want your nails to become whiter you need 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and 3 tablespoons of warm water. Take a ceramic or a glass bowl and mix these ingredients. Soak your minutes in this lotion about 10 minutes till the stains are perfectly removed.

If you want your nails to become more strengthen you can use half a packet of gelatin and half a cup of boiling water.

Mix the gelatin in a bowl of boiling water. It is recommended to use a glass bowl instead of metal bowl. Let the mixture to cool and then soak your nails in it for 10 minutes. After this time rinse your hands with water.

Prepare a lotion containing 1 teaspoon of Flax seed oil, 5 drops of Myrrh EO, 5 drops of Sandalwood EO and enough water to fill the soaking ball. Mix all the ingredients with water and soak your hands in it. Let the solution set for 10 minutes and then rinse well with water.
