Brushing the teeth properly – at least twice daily using a soft bristle toothbrush and a fluoride paste.
Choosing the right toothpaste – fluoride with ADA seal
Floss daily – especially inter proximally
Rinse your mouth out with carer
Use mouthwash – recommended by the dentist.
Get regular checks – semiannually
Balanced dietr
To sum up, prevention is better than cure if few lifestyle modifications are acclimated to our routine.
