You Have to Nip it at the Bud(Great Starts) Families should be planned and willed by competent minded authorities, it is extremely important that the immediate generation becomes a viable force. The people and the government should invest it's time and resources into strengthening communities. If there is state assistance to a family(e.g. low income single mother) and domestic problems occurs frequently, the recipient should be given a psychological evaluation. If necessary, custody should be revoked and given to a competent family member or the state. If the child is placed in foster care, or any type of facility that specializes in assisting deprived children, the child should participate in activities that will elevate societies and should be steered in a career minded direction such as the military(depending on the age). Their room and board could be paid through volunteer work, within the communities or abroad. They can volunteer in hospitals, fire stations, police departments, military reserve, national guard,... Self Esteem Self Esteem, confidence and morals should be taught, to kids at a early age. Most kids act up because of low self esteem. If the kids feel as if they are playing a important role in the community, it will strengthen their desire to do positive things in the world. The home environment(and neighborhood) plays a huge part in how the child develop. Teaching self respect to these kids will trigger respect from other kids that are in stable home environments. Children that live in healthy home environments would feel a genuine respect for these individuals, not pitying them but seeing these individuals as pioneers for a future society, if the correct qualities are instilled inside of them. The door should be open for people that are in good family structures to come and participate in the many activities within arms reach of the kids. There should be plenty staff members from many environments, backgrounds, worldwide. The focus should always be about progressing physically mentally and spiritually. Strengthening the communities here and abroad should be discussed frequently, but not forced upon them because many are strong willed. Higher Learning Graduation from school and college should be seen as a priority, having children should be seen as a gift from God. You need certificates proving your intellectual worth, and/or some kind of game plan if you want to be respected. Maybe not by all of the people, but by many. We live in a 'dog eat dog world' and everything is not how it appears. Common sense should be taught and understood by these kids early on in their lives. This will help them identify self and the associates beneficial for them. The choices are theirs to make and the game will not be manipulated unless it wants to be. Right Thinking It is not against the law to have children before having a life plan, and I am sure the government would not create laws that would force kids or young adults to have abortions. In fact most republicans are in opposition to abortion and most democrats feels the choice should be up to the person pregnant. So there are no political threats. The interest is on preventing young pregnancies because of the damage it could cause to the young persons, to the families and society. The emphasis is on making good decisions, being successful so, you can build a nest before you have children.
