I know what some of you are thinking. Me, doing weight training? No way! Well, do not throw in the towel before you pick it up. I am a firm believe
in weight training for men and women, young and old. Many people want to know how to lose body fat, but not to lift any weight in the process. Why? They do not want to look like a bodybuilder with huge muscles and bulging veins, especially women. They just want to look lean and thin. I totally understand.

Clearly a man and a woman's bodies are built differently. Women are not going to win huge muscles, huge with weight training, if done correctly. Not that women are not bodybuilders, as it certainly can. It is very important for women to build muscle. Why? By building muscle you will increase your strength and power to perform the exercises needed to burn body fat.

When you have a high percentage of body fat, body fat is stored not only in tissues that are obvious, such as the hips and abdomen, arms and legs and so on is also stored intramuscularly, which means that is stored within the muscles of your body. cardio exercises are the real secret to losing body fat.

For a home workout, starting with the team may include an adjustable weight bench for various exercises, weights, perhaps only two or three weights, adjustable step aerobic step, exercise or yoga mat for floor exercise and fitness ball, an inflatable balloon which can be a variety of body exercises performed.

Compare that to a machine that you sit down and press the top handle. Not only do you take your stabilizers completely out of the movement, but are forced to follow a path motion path. This may be bad news because your body does not intend to operate that way. In fact, many people are injured using machines because of this!

Since we know that weight training with dumbbells is ideal for creating a lean, strong and healthy, we must dig deeper to find out how you can get more body transforming results in minimal time.
