Unreasonable hair loss (more than 100 hairs a day) can be caused by inherited factors, disease, stress, medications, injury, aging, or hair care.

Transmissible (inherited) hair loss

Familial (inherited) hair loss is the most common cause of hair loss. Genetics that the person inherit incline to lose hair from either or both of your parents. This is called male-patter baldness (MPB) or female-pattern baldness (FPB) The medical term for this typecast of hair loss is largely known as androgenetic alopecia. In this typecast hair loss, your genes affect how your hair grows. Poor nutrition, most importantly lack of protein or iron in everyday taking. Hair returns right after you maintain the takings of these diet. The scientific name for a compulsive behavior in which a person pulls hair out of the eyebrows, eyelashes, or scalp is known as Trichotillomania. There is usually mounting tension before he or she pulling the hair and makes them feel relief afterward. Trichotillomania will always result in noticeable hair loss. Accidental injury to the scalp which absolutely contribute damage to the hair follicles and this in all will cause hair loss. Hormonal level changed. Taking birth control pills, giving childbirth or changes in a woman's menstrual cycle all in all would affect the hair growth cycle and cause hair loss. Hair usually will grow back in a period of time.
