Six tips to a Body Building competition:

  • Start your workout for the competition as much earlier as possible. It enables you to have more time to work on your different parts of your body to enhance them for the competition. The minimum time window for starting workout for a competition is 45 days. The more early you start workout for the competition the better it is.
  • Keeping a balance diet during your competition workout is another key factor for your preparation. Diet is what gives you the least time window to prepare for a competition. If you don’t follow a balance diet chart while preparing for a body building competition then it will take much longer time in order to be prepared for the competition.
  • A mixture of both heave weight lift up and light weight up until the day of the competition as the heavy weights enhances your muscles and the light weights help in making cuts and giving your body the beautiful shape. Some people this doesn’t work but it is a classic formula and if you used then you will believe.
  • 12 hours prior to competition do not use any kind of food just plain water. This action will shape up your body in the competition day.
  • Keep the measurements of your body parts regularly.
  • You also have to be fully prepared with your posing action as it plays important role in displaying your body shape in the competition. Don’t forget tanning too.
