My interest in crystal energy began when I was 13 years old. I want to share that experience so you understand my relationship to crystals.

Like many teenage girls I was a shopaholic. Browsing the jewelry shops I often came across crystal bracelets, earrings, necklaces, and rings. These pieces called to me, and I began to amass quite a collection of stone and crystal pieces. In the morning I picked out my crystal jewelry like an outfit, intuitively choosing the best vibrations to balance and heal my energy. One day I would wear jade and turquoise, another day tourmaline and garnet. Surrounded by the positive and balancing vibrations of the gemstones I felt connected, grounded, and protected.

When I began studying crystal energy as an adult, what I learned confirmed the choices I had been making intuitively (rose quartz for heart healing or hematite for grounding, for example). I was led to a spiritual mentor who guided me in strengthening my connection to crystal power and developing my natural healing ability.

In my home apothecary today I have approximately 100 gemstones that are cleansed and charged with positive energy. When somebody calls me with a problem, I know how to pick the stones that will support their healing. If I feel guided to give the person a stone I don’t have in my collection, I know where to get what I need within just a couple of days.

I put the stones in a pouch that can be carried or put under a pillow at night. Those are the two most common uses for the pouch, but each individual develops his or her own relationship with the gemstones. It is your healing experience. You know best how to use the vibrations, when you need the crystals near you.

Through my intuitive healing gifts I am able to address any issue a person is willing to work on. For example, I have successfully worked with clients on recovery, fibromyalgia, protection, and depression. I made a smoking cessation pouch for someone who smoked a pack a day for 13 years.
