Are you constantly asking yourself if your boyfriend still loves you? Once you manage to find someone who loves you and you love back, it can be unnerving to think of losing them. You probably start thinking "my boyfriend doesn't love me anymore" as all the insecurities come out in the open.

Do you feel your boyfriend giving off bad vibes? Maybe you start asking about any problems and they always say that everything is fine. Even though they say everything is OK, you actually feel worse because you can feel something is wrong. When girls think their boyfriends don't love them anymore, following are some of the most common questions they ask.

Q: I think my boyfriend doesn't love me anymore! What do I have to do to prevent a break up?

A: Before worrying too much, you have to be sure that your boyfriend doesn't love you anymore. Does your boyfriend flirt with other girls while you're there? Has he talked about being in an open relationship? Does he insult you often and call you harsh names? If your boyfriend loves you then they wouldn't do anything to hurt you. There may be times when we are jumping to conclusions because our subconscious is ruling our thoughts.

There is no way you can prevent a break up. You don't have control over what he feels. The only person you can work on is yourself. You probably lack in self esteem since you're worried that your boyfriend doesn't love you. You can't expect people to love you if you don't love yourself. You need to develop yourself into the woman your boyfriend loves.

Q: Now I'm doubtful if my boyfriend loves me anymore. What did you mean about my subconscious ruining my thoughts?

A: Every person has a deep seated insecurity about themselves. It could be anything from believing that they're not good to not being capable of getting what they want. These insecurities usually come from our childhood years. What the subconscious basically does is makes it look like our negative thoughts are real. If you think you're not good enough to be loved then that is your subconscious talking. That's why you keep thinking "my boyfriend doesn't love me anymore".

What you need to do is change those negative thoughts and love yourself.

Continue to affirm yourself. Tell yourself that your boyfriend is lucky to have someone like you. You should always remind yourself of how worthy you are. Instead of thinking too much about "my boyfriend doesn't love me", it is better to wonder if you love yourself. You need to love yourself before your boyfriend can love you.

The idea of making yourself more desirable by making yourself less available doesn't make a lot of sense when you think about it.
