Many spiritual entrepreneurs have an amazing passion and purpose in their life and yet are struggling to keep their business going. They are facing having to get a J.O.B. or are feeling discouraged and even doubting whether or not they made the right decision to turn what they loved to do into a business.

They have something amazing to share with the world and yet they encounter roadblocks and frustration when it comes to getting their message out there. Everything starts to feel like a burden. They lose the joy and light and connection with what they are doing and everything to do with what they once loved becomes a struggle.

The thought of them giving up their vision both saddens and frustrates me. I think about all the people who could be positively impacted by their work and what a shame it would be if those people never got to experience those magical transformations.

What causes a visionary to not transform their passion and purpose into a sustainable business? It certainly isn’t their lack of belief in their work. It’s not their lack of belief in the fact that the world needs it. So what is it?

It is simply the fact that they are not experienced in how to create an easy, joyful and profitable business. That’s it! The good news is that this is something very easy to change and I’m going to share 3 quick tips that will get you going with how to become a business expert without giving up everything you love to do and without taking on all the things that have made your business seem like a struggle so far.

Tip #1

Find a new way to look at marketing and sales. Marketing is merely the way in which you get your message out to the world. From there you can trust that whoever is supposed to hear your message and take action will hear it and do so. Marketing is a learned skill and when you approach it from the perspective of sharing your message with the world instead of trying to “sell yourself” something magical happens. If you aren’t sharing your message, how will anyone know where to find you?

Tip #2

Set up systems and create a team so that you can transform as many lives as possible. There are many coaches and consultants out there that love creating leveraged ways to deliver your services. This means you can help more people! What a wonderful and joyous feeling.

Tip #3

Learn what the basics of a sustainable business are. Every business has the same parts at it’s foundation. Marketing/sales, Operations and Administration. Fancy words for getting your message out there, how you get your products or services to people and all the support things that have to happen in order to get your products and services out there such as pay your bills and do the banking.

Your primary motivation for following your passion isn’t to make money, it is to impact as many people’s lives as possible and you can’t do that if you are BROKE!

There is no need to struggle, take consistent, persistent action every day and you will be helping lots of people before you know it.

Success in transforming your passion and purpose into a business that runs itself so you can do what you love and love what you do is possible and can be done in an easy and joyful way.
