Written by Marina Ratmansky
Many people have no idea what or who is a life coach and why in the world would they need one?
OK, I will attempt to explain it to you.
A life coaching is the relationship based on trust. The life coaching process helps people to identify what makes them frustrated and unhappy in their lives, in their relationships. In addition, the life coach equips you with tools and practical solutions to improve your circumstances so that you can start living to you full potential and enjoy your life.
So just imagine where your life would be six month or a year from now if you do not change anything?… On the other hand, imagine taking action, getting a life coach to encourage you and empower you to get clarity, tools and solutions that will help you to improve your circumstances and your relationships, which will help you gain self-confidence, joy and a peace of mind?
Now, where is your life going to be six month or a year from now?
The choice is always yours…
