Spiritual Enlightenment means to realize that really who am I. It is called Self-Realization!

Through Akram Vignan, a stepless path to Self-Realization, this enlightenment happens when Gnani Purush, the Enlightened One, directly changes our wrong belief to right. Right now, we believe that really I am John (please insert your name here) only; this is a wrong belief. The right belief is that, I am really a pure Soul, separate from John!’

The Enlightened One explains:

When we attai
Self-Realization, we attain awareness of the Soul. However, the experience of the pure Soul is unclear and indistinct. Thereafter, our effort to attain a clear and distinct experience of the pure Soul/Self begins.

How is Soul attached with the body, involved with the body? Due to wrong belief.

By wrong belief, you feel oneness with John, his mind, thoughts, intellect, speech, behaviour. Whenever John takes decision, you feel, ‘I have taken decision.’ Somebody insults John, you feel, ‘I suffered due to this insult.’ Your belief is wrong. Due to the wrong belief, you are totally involved in John.

Here (on the Akram path), by giving Self-Realization, within two hours, we are changing your wrong belief to the right belief. So, John is separated. All this relative is temporary and the real is permanent - we are giving this knowledge to you.

You believe, “I am John, I am father, I am brother, I am son.” Now, we are giving you the real knowledge, “You are pure Soul. You are infinite knowledge. You are infinite bliss. You are permanent. You are immortal.” Thus, your belief has got changed.

So by the right belief, you keep separation with John. This is the beginning of the experience of the Soul. Say, it is 1 degree (percent) of experience. We have to reach upto 100 degrees (100 percent). Slowly, as you practice the five principles (given by the Enlightened One), your awareness will go on increasing and you will get more and more experience of the pure Soul.

One thing we must understand that the experience of pure Soul is not like we will see some light, some vibrations and happiness, etc. That is not the real experience. Experience of the pure Soul means you can feel separation with John (please insert your name here). And you can see the faults of John more clearly.

So for remaining in the pure Soul, you just have to observe the mistakes of John.

Really speaking, by the vision of Gnani, the pure Soul is always separate from mind, speech, body, the intellect, the ego, everything. Really, both the elements (the Soul and the matter) are always separate. Just like oil and water never mix with each other, the properties of both these elements are such that they are in an unmixable form; similarly here also, the pure Soul and the matter, both these elements are totally separate and they do not really mix with each other. But due to wrong belief, we feel that, “I am suffering, I am doing, and I am involved.” You remain in oneness with John, but by wrong belief only.

There are 4 (major) types of wrong beliefs:

· I am ‘John’.

· This is ‘my’ body. So with ‘my’ the possessiveness, you are attaching with John

· I am ‘doing’ job, making food. I am doer. So again you are joining with John.

· I am ‘sufferer’. Then also you become one with John.

In Gnanvidhi (the Self-Realization ceremony), you get this knowledge of, ‘who am I really.’ Then slowly, as you practice, you can have more and more separation with John.

Thus, let’s take the first step first and go to the Enlightened One and achieve Self-Realization.

Ambalal M. Patel. From this point on, Ambalal became a Gnani Purush, and the Lord that manifest within him became known as Dada Bhagwan. A Gnani Purush is One who has realized the Self and is able help others do the same. Param Pujya Dada Bhagwan used to go from town to town and country-to-country to give satsang (spiritual discourse) and impart the knowledge of the Self, as well as knowledge of harmonious worldly interactions to everyone who came to meet him. This spiritual science, known as Akram Vignan, is the step-less path to Self-realization.

Self-love is very essential in boosting our self-esteem. A person having self-love is contented with his own presence, whereas a person who does not have self-love always wanders to get love from other people or things. He is always restless. He never feels satisfied even after receiving love from people. His hunger for love never ceases, and hence he demands more and more attention from others. As a result, his relationships are ruined and he always lives in misery.rn rnSo,

Grave danger in uprooting a Guru Do not accept a known guru as guru, and if you do, then do not turn your back on him. Use a pot if you do not like him. The pot will not have any problems. Worship it because your buddhi (intellect) will not be active there and your work will get done. Now who would be so careful that he would not allow his intellect to interfere? How can one understand all this? Questioner: At the time we make someone our guru, he appears to be very good, he

The spiritual science of Akram Vignan helps us find the balance between taking care of our material responsibilities and pursuing our spiritual goals, very easily, as this spiritual science works alongside our material obligations. In Akram Vignan, the fundamental change starts internally when the ignorance of the Self is completely removed through the grace of the Enlightened Being (Gnani Purush). Here, Self-Realisation is attained through a scientific process of Bhed-Vignan

Questioner: If we surrender to the great souls that lived thousands of years ago, can that be considered surrender? Can we make any progress through such surrender or do we need to surrender to a living great man? Dadashri: You can progress even through Paroksha (indirectly- one not currently living). However if you find such a living (Pratyaksh) person, then your liberation will be instant. The indirect approach will give you the benefit of progress but there is no liberatio
