• Must take an English or French language test and meet the minimum Canadian Language Benchmark 7 in all four abilities in English or Minimum NCLC 7 for the Second official language, i.e. French.
• Must have completed a diploma, degree or certificate, either from a Canadian secondary or post-secondary institution or outside of Canada.
