Meaning of Depression
Each one of us in our life face sad time, which is quite normal. But if that sad time stay for longer period and affect your daily routine and disturb your daily procedure then it may be dangerous for you as it might have taken the shape of depression. Depression is a mental illness that affect both your body and brain. It is also known as major depression, clinical depression and major depressive disorder. Depression is a mental illness that affect you as a whole as it affects how you feel, behave and think. Various kind of emotional and physical problems caused by depression.
As i have already mention in the above paragraph that it affect you as a whole. Person suffering from depression find it difficulty in doing normal day to day activities. For people who are suffering from this mental illness for them life isn't worth living. Some people think that depression is a form of weakness but it isn't true but it is a chronic illness that usually requires long-term treatment, like diabetes or high blood pressure. Condition of the patient can be worse if proper treatment is not taken on time.
Sign and Symptoms of Depression
People with depressive illnesses do not all experience the same symptoms. The severity, frequency and duration of symptoms will vary depending on the individual and his or her particular illness. Symptoms of depression includes persistent sad, anxious, empty feeling, pessimism, worthlessness feeling, hopelessness, loss of interest in activities, no mood to go office, fatigue and decreased energy, difficulty in concentration, overeating, insomnia, early–morning wakefulness, excessive sleeping, suicide attempts, aches or pains, headaches, cramps or digestive problems.

Depression is very serious and common mental illness that is affect every one us now a days. To prevent from depression it is very important to take the treatment on time to avoid any worse condition. 3) It should not be given to children before consulting doctor.
Before taking lexapro medicine you should inform your doctor or health care professional if you are taking any prescription, non prescription and herbal medicine to avoid any drug interaction. For better result take this medicine as prescribed by the doctor. Take this medicine with a full grass of water with or without food. Try to take the medicine at the same time each day. Keep all medicine away from the reach of the children and pet.
