You can earn income on the internet by providing a product that offers people solutions and by having continuity in your business. Continuity means you have the freedom to walk away from your business but still generate large incomes. It means that you sell your product once and you continue to get paid from that initial sale on a recurring basis.

There are two types of continuity that is successful in generating recurring business so you can earn income on the internet. One is something commonly used by cable TV companies where their customer purchases a monthly service to receive cable TV. Each month the customer automatically pays for this service without the cable TV company soliciting business. The other is multilevel marketing (MLM) or network marketing.

MLM is where you promote and train people who are part of your business model and they then promote and train other people. You will get a profit from the business generated by those people you brought into your business. Old school MLM philosophy is based on creating long term residual income from the down line of people you have created to promote your business. While this method has some merit only 97% of people engaging in MLMs ever reach a positive cash flow. The other problem with this method is that people in your down line could take their customers and move to another MLM or product.

Down line MLM is based on volume business, takes a lot of time and is not as secure as using other elements in business known as front end and back end product ideas. Providing continuity in your business by developing a strong front end product to incite interest in your entire product offering can be very powerful to earn income on the internet. Creating this type of home business will fuel your business and your marketing efforts as well as quickly generate recurring income.

Leaving the fate of your entire business in the hands of other people as is the case with most MLM businesses will not allow you to quickly earn income on the internet. Creating a strong front end and back end product line will rapidly generate high volume income levels. Developing a means for recurring revenue streams is what will make you successful with your home business.
