I’m sure you’ve heard more in the last month than you’ve ever thought you needed to know about Coronavirus. Some of that information is valid. Some is not. In this day and age, we get bombarded by information that MAY or MAY NOT be true.

What we need to do is to focus on information we trust; people we trust; and to TRUST and KNOW from our own intuition about what we’re hearing is true. Your body will tell you that what you’re hearing is what you need to know. Be STILL. Be QUIET, so you can hear your inner voice when it speaks to you. When do you do this?

I’m NOT a medical doctor; however, I’m wise and I’m trained as an INVESTIGATIVE REPORTER and a RESEARCHER that demands CORRECTNESS. I’m not a TALKING HEAD, like some people on TV. When I was in school, ‘sticking to the facts’, was the ONLY teaching method for Journalism. No alternative facts. No chance of you (the journalist) giving your opinion. The FACTS is all that counted.

For decades, I always sought out information from the most EFFECTIVE RESULTS ORIENTED sources, even BEFORE I was a trained journalist. Seeking truth, at the source, was like a hobby for me. It was FUN, yet most importantly, the RESULTS were MORE important than anything else.

I’m always going to be able to know the MOST EFFECTIVE DOCTORS to talk with, the MOST EFFECTIVE HERBS, FOOD, and SUPPLEMENTS TO TAKE, the most sought after SCIENTIFIC INFORMATION that is thorough and complete, and the CULTURES that have given us INCREDIBLE INFORMATION with age-tested wisdom and knowledge, as well as the steps toward HEALING, that really make differences in your life.

Everyone makes a mistake here and there. Even me. Yet, trust that it will be a well-researched mistake and I will do everything to correct it in the process, until we get to the facts and the truth. I GUARANTEE YOU THAT!

This is just a quick overview of some of my background to let you know that I’m ALWAYS AWARE of the ‘subject at hand’ when I present information to you. I don’t GUESS or treat this information lightly and I don’t just take ANYONE’s advice without checking it out first.

What we must KNOW FIRST, is that we ourselves, are powerful human beings. We must KNOW that our bodies have the capacity to HEAL ITSELF when we do what’s right for it. AFTER ALL, we’re made from the image of God substance. Think about that!

Our bodies are NOT one dimensional. We have a consciousness that is MIND, we have a PHYSICAL body that we look at everyday, and we have a SUBCONSCIOUS that is a SOUL…which is our TRUE selves, by the way. ALL 3 must be in harmony, working with the UNIVERSAL Law of Attraction, in order to create EXTRAORDINARY situations and things, to dodge UNIVERSAL bullets, to rise on all levels of consciousness, even beyond that of negative mass consciousness.

You are here to let the life principle flow through you rhythmically and harmoniously. The intake and the outgo must be equal. Impression and the expression must be equal. All your frustration due to unfulfilled desire.

If you think negatively, destructively, and viciously, these thoughts generate destructive emotions that must be expressed and must find an outlet. These emotions, being of a negative nature, are frequently expressed as ulcers, heart trouble, tension, and anxieties.

An affirmation/prayer to feed your Subconscious mind is:
“My body and all of its organs were were created by the infinite intelligence in my subconscious mind. It knows how to heal me. Its wisdom fashioned all my organs, tissues, muscles, and bones. Wonderful are the works of the creative intelligence within me.”

Repeat this when you WAKE up and JUST BEOFRE you go to sleep to stamp this passage on your subconscious mind. Believe in it totally and you’ll heal, no matter how long it takes. The passage came from “The Power of Your Subconscious Mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy.

Don’t pay attention to the name of the video…just watch it in it’s entirety. Watch the video and apply the Health aspect to it. Don’t FOCUS on you getting the Coronavirus, FOCUS on Vitality and Heath. SEE YOURSELF WELL, HEALTHY and THRIVING. Then, focus on your goals AFTER you SEE YOURSELF WELL. Everything is centered around the virus right now. That’s pretty much all we’re hearing about. It’s SHOCKED us into more correct thinking. We should have been paying attention to these things all along; NOW WE’RE FORCED TO. Listen to the SCIENCE. Listen to UNIVERSAL Laws. (They are in place and work whether you want them to or not.) Listen to your INNER voice.

If you focus on the virus, what happens? Law of Attraction thinks you want the virus. You spend ALL YOUR TIME thinking about it, dwelling on it, incorporating it into your daily discussions. Your thoughts and communication are INVITING it to the party.

This doesn’t just happen with the virus. Whatever you spend a great amount of time on and communicate whatever that is, your thoughts and communication are INVITING it in. What do you spend your thoughts and communication time on?


You create VISUALIZATION on the astral level (whole other discussion), yet it exists. When you create a PICTURE on that level, it manifests in your real life experience.


Dr. Sarah Lawson, an incredibly gifted and talented doctor is, a dear friend of mine. She gave a protocol for what they’re calling Covid-19, which are preventative measures for the virus. I TRUST her information. Dr. Larsen is both a medical doctor AND a holistic doctor. Her specialty was infectious diseases. She’s also a Medical Intuitive. She’s multi-talented and speaks from the heart, to say the least.

Dr. Sarah recommends:
Vit. C - 1000 mg - 3x a day
Vit. E - 400 i.u. - 3x a day
Deep breathing
Steam or Humidfier for more oxygen to your lungs
Re-energize your body

In so many words, she’s saying TLC is good for you. Many of us fail to take care of ourselves. Take care of yourself, first. Like on a plane, put your mask on first, then help your child. Be holistically aware (whole body awareness) of your body. Take care of yourself on all levels.

No ONE thing will CURE these diseases that come to us. Several components of this article will EMPOWER your healing. Your own body has the power to heal when you pay attention to it.

Dr. Steven Gundry on (YouTube) concerning the Coronavirus says to be sure to keep up Vitamind D3 levels. As far as he knows, large amounts of Vitamin D3 levels, are perfectly fine. There has been no toxicity with Vitamin D3. He takes excessive amounts. Vitamin D3 increases bone health and allows to absorb calcium.

Anthony William, The Medical Medium, is beyond words. Since the age of 4, he’s been healing people by the Spirit of Compassion. The Spirit of Compassion has literally been talking to him ALL his life. At one point, he had a list of millions of people who wanted to talk to him, and not a doctor. There were people with all varieties of illnesses, who had been to a barrage of doctors, and no one could help them except the information coming from Anthony Williams.

We shouldn’t eat foods that feed the pathogens. The top three are EGGS, DAIRY PRODUCTS and GLUTEN. Sorry, sorry, sorry about that. I love some of these foods, too. He also says if your body has no symptoms, you can eat what you want, however, if you have any issues, avoid these foods.

We don’t have to fear this virus. By fearing it, we draw it closer to us. Just like viruses that have been around for centuries, not all of us will survive this. But the majority of us, will.

It starts with our MINDS. How we feel about ourselves. Believe in your own confidence and the healing ability of your own body. If you’re high risk person, with pre-existing conditions or elderly, take extra precautions, on the inside of your body. Follow the instructions given by Dr. Sarah and Dr. Gundry. Get products that will EMPOWER your immune system.

STRESS - A tricky one. Most people don’t know how to destress. You can de-stress simply by taking time out to be CALM for an extended period…at least 1/2 hour of your day. Take calming herbs or tea. They’re sold everywhere…retail and online. Be STILL and be QUIET. No devices to answer. No tv to watch. Just you, your thoughts, and your Creator. Or you can actually be Calmer by meditating. WALKING & DEEP BREATHING: If you don’t do any exercise, this is one simple thing you CAN do. Walking is simple and good for anybody. Deep breathing increases your lung capacity and should be done daily. Best to do outdoors, if possible.

Janeska Smith Asante was born in New York, New York on a frigid winter night in November. Her mother had gone to New York to keep her pregnancy a secret from her parents, even though she was at least 26 years old. To hide her pregnancy, even further, she weighed the idea of throwing Janeska over the Brooklyn Bridge, for at least 24 hours. However, she couldn’t do it, and less than a month later, Janeska ended up living with her Cherokee grandmother, on a steep hill, in a great little yellow house, smack dab in the middle of the country…Omaha, Nebraska.

Her grandmother was a diabetic and she was often sick; so before even attending school, Janeska’s grandmother taught her to grow herbs and food in the garden. She taught her how to wash dishes, clean the house, and wash clothes. At 4-years-old, she was responsible for giving her grandmother Diabetes shots and putting her to bed with HER doll (who happened to be larger than Janeska).
All of her grandmother’s friends, became Janeska’s friends. They were all over 80 and looked at Janeska as their helper and their pathway to healing. Everyday, she was creating herbal concoctions (from the garden) and preparing them for her grandmother’s friends.

There were no children who lived in her grandmother’s neighborhood. So, Janeska just read health and healing books (most of the day) that came from her grandmother’s church, the Sharon Seventh Day Adventist Church of Omaha.

Janeska thought this was normal, for kids, since she didn’t have anything to compare it to, yet.

Her granddad was a Seventh Day Adventist (SDA) minister and health and healing was a HUGE topic in the SDA Church Community. Her grandmother didn’t really pay much attention to the Health aspect as she should, yet Janeska absolutely LOVED this information. She thought that the food part of the Adventist teachings were fabulous and she spent every chance she got reading and experimenting with the herbs and remedies taught (from the Bible, from Jethro Kloss, from Ellen G. White, and other ‘whole body teachers’ of our time.

She was healing the elderly before she entered nursery school and she realized she came here with a gift and a knowledge far beyond her years. She even kept her grandmother from getting her leg cut off that doctors insisted must happen, simply from what she knew and studied, at the ripe old age of 4.

This is HOW it all started. Throughout the rest of her life, she continued to research and practice what she knew. After graduation from the University of Nebraska, with a degree in Journalism, she tripled her research and study, helping many people along the way. After that, she became Certified in Hypnotherapy & Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). She added an emotional component of her healing practice, which many people don’t realize is at the core of their illnesses.
