Now, think back to a time in the past when you were reallynmotivated. Think about how you took action on thatnmotivation and did whatever it was you set out to do.

Make the emotions stronger and stronger, and keep buildingnup the feeling of taking action and successfully doing whatnyou set out to do. Run the story through your mind severalntimes, each time building the momentum.
Now, as your motivation builds up, rub the palm of yourndominant hand on your thigh. As you do so, think about evennmore occasions when you were highly motivated and increasenthose sensations even further.
Keep rubbing your thigh, and know that whenever you want toncall upon that highly motivated feeling, all you have to donis rub your thigh.
