Where Focus Goes Energy Flows…..I have heard every version of that saying. And I hope you all don’t take it lightly.
We are all made of energy. There is nothing on this earth that is not made of energy. Even our thoughts have a frequency.

My patients usually come to me with the energy related to fear. This is a very strong energy especially when emotion is attached to it. But you have to remember it is just energy. If you focus on that fear or that energy it will expand.

A beautiful older woman came to me for a mammogram. This was her first and she was very reluctant. She had heard all the horror stories of how bad a mammogram hurt and besides, at her age why should she even bother? She presented herself to me with fear.

Now this same woman is a world traveler. She gets excited at even the thought of planning her next trip. So…I used this as a vehicle for changing her focus. As I got her up to the machine I asked her where her favorite place to visit was. It was as if her entire world changed just then. She told me of her favorite place and her entire body seemed to effortlessly relax.

We whipped through that mammogram with no issues. She didn’t even complain of how badly she thought it was going to hurt. She hugged me and thanked me for making this so easy.

So the moral of the story is, what you focus on expands, where focus goes energy flows. If it were that easy to change the focus of someones energy from negative to positive with a few simple words, just think of what changing your own focus can do!!
