It is true that when we eat the wrong foods our brain usage decrease tremendously. For a boost on the increase brain function, we must eat foods that are right for the brain. The first meal of the day that we take breakfast boosts the function of the brain after a nights sleep and rest. This is evident by the way we run our live on the day we miss taking breakfast. Even the brain needs a boost and if we miss taking breakfast we will have a sluggish day and a very slow un-productive day. Eating a balance diet is not only effective for the body function but is also a prerequisite for the function of the brain. Without taking care of our body through good health we are lowering our immunity and opening doors for other diseases to settle in. The brain is the first organ to suffer when disease sets in. Due care and attention should be given to it effectively.

Vitamin supplements should be taken incase one is not able to get enough vitamins from the foods we eat. For proper brain functioning, vitamin c should not be left out under any circumstances. The brain recognises this vitamin. Most of the junk foods that we eat have no nutritional value and does cause more harm to the body and the brain at large. The brain is where all the decisions and actions of the body take place and enough care should be given for effective function and support.

Blue berries are some of the fruits that have direct effects on the brain functions. By choosing to eat the right foods and discarding what our bodies does not need we can in essence increase our bodies and brain functions. Bananas are good for instant memory and students are advised to take a banana just before taking an exam.
