“Ylang Ylang Oil for Stress and Depression”

Ylang Ylang oil comes from yellows flowers of a tree called Cananga Odorata which grows in Asia, the Caribbean, Florida, Puerto Rico, and many islands in the South Pacific including Philippines, Sumatra, Indonesia, and Java. This wonderful oil has many healing qualities including being great for healing stress, anxiety, high blood pressure, internal and exte
al infections, and for creating great looking skin… plus it has no side effects.
Wonderful Aroma - Ylang Ylang oil has a sweet smell which is delightful and up lifting.
Lowers Blood Pressure - Ylang Ylang oil is a wonderful way to lower a persons blood pressure by a few points. And Ylang Ylang oil has no side effects of any kind, so it’s much safer than medications. With high blood pressure afflicting everyone these days Ylang Ylang oil is very important.
Good Antioxidant - Ylang Ylang oil is also a powerful antioxidant for helping to get rid of free radicals and preventing and repair DNA damage and thus preventing disease.
Stress, Anger, and Anxiety - Ylang Ylang is very relaxing snf helps with stress, anxiety, and angry. Thus ylang ylang oil is important to have on hand at all times incase of emotional upset.
Antidepressant - Ylang Ylang oil works great for anyone who has mild depression. A couple of drops of very pure ylang ylang oil taken internally can help sooth away depression and brighten a persons mood. And it can also be added to carrier oils such as sesame oil and use as a skin lotion or massage oil.
Antiseptic and Antibacterial - Ylang Ylang oil is a great antiseptic agent which kills bacteria, fungi, and viruses. This pleasing oil is great for treating skin wounds and prevent infections, and if taking internally it heals GI infections and the urinary tract infections. Dose - Only pure ylang ylang oil should be used if taken internally, one or two drops of the oil added to water or juice works well. And for exte
al use 5 or 6 drops added to a carrier oil such 6 tablespoons of sesame oil works well for making massage oils.
Finding - Ylang Ylang oil can be found at any health food store or can be ordered on-line by googling “buy pure ylang ylang oil”. Plus ylang ylang oil can be found on Amazon and Ebay.
No Side Effects - Ylang Ylang oil is very safe with no side effects. But it can also cause nausea and diarrhea if taken in large amounts… but that is very unusual. Of course like all herbs, supplements, and medications ylang ylang oil should not be used by those who are pregnant, nursing, or by small children.
