Happiness is Good for Your Health

Many studies have shown that happiness is good for your health. Worry engenders stress and stress is a significant factor in many diseases such as high blood pressure, heart attack or stroke. Some studies even point to the possibility that stress can cause cancer. Mentally, stress can cause anxiety, depression, phobias and other disorders that make life miserable. You can avoid many of these ailments by staying positive and "Being Happy."

Nothing Lasts Forever

No matter how unhappy you may be at any given moment, you won't always feel this way. That is so important to remember. Problems will arise, of course, but you will do well to discuss the issue with the person in a calm, reasonable manner and not lose your temper.

Even if the person seriously hurts you, make it your plan to let go of resentments. Not forgiving makes you bitter. Try to see the situation for what it is.

Decide to be Happy

Anyone can be happy and therefore, more healthy It's as simple as deciding to be a happy person. That may sound strange at first, but try it. Act if you must. Soon the act will become more real.
