“You Can Have Peace — If You Choose Peace”
Written by Dr Paul Haider - Spiritual Teacher
Do you feel at peace most of the time? Or does peace come and go throughout the day? Anyone can have peace 24/7.
Our choices create our day, we can choose certain things that create peace. Or we can choose things that create havoc in our life. It’s all up to us… we have the power.
Take for instance a man who chooses to be a policeman and knows that he will have emotional turmoil all day lone. Or a person who decides to be a grocer and have less havoc in his life.
The choices we make are super important when it comes to creating the kind of life we want to live. And some people thrive on that high energy of excitement. But at the same time, all that stress and anxiety eventually takes a toll on their health and they end up with high blood pressure, heart disease, and much more.
It’s the same for a person who has high blood pressure who will not give up coffee and knows it will cause havoc with his blood pressure… but he drinks regular coffee anyway. While another person who has the propensity for high blood pressure will not drink regular coffee and does not have to take pills… it’s all about choice.
And there are people who get angry very easy and take their anger out on others. They can learn to control their anger. Or they can choose to allow their anger to control them… it’s all about choice.
Every single thing in our life is all about choice, and what we choose makes all the difference when it comes to being peaceful.
In fact, I know a man who worked at a very stressful job in the stock market. And then he had a small stroke and decided to change his life and do something less stressful and lead a much healthier lifestyle. And now he works with metal making household items that people need in their kitchen. Now he leads and very peaceful life. He decided to make a choice, a choice to change, a chance to do something different and thus have peace.
We all have this ability… it’s up to us to decide what to choose, our ability to choose is our power. And Great Spirit, Creator, and God will never take our power to choose away from us.
So What Do You Choose?
Many Blessings to Everyone!

If the world is an illusion meant to be transcended, why does it exist at all?

In Gujarati, I call it 'Vyavasthit Shakti'... It is all run by scientific circumstantial evidences. The whole world is run by this energy. These words are not easy to understand, unless
