You Have The Key To Your Own Heart

Did you know that you have the key to your own heart?

Heart and Soul is Who You Are, and it’s who I am. This has always been the source of my highest guiding self. My heart tells me who I am and also what I want. It moves me into my true passions that call to me. This is its astounding wisdom in its own right. In fact, we are all born with it and have it deep within us. Sometimes it may lie dormant, so the key is to turn inward to find it. You may want to start by taking a moment to think about the word inspiration. What kinds of images come up for you? What colors might they be? For me it is the color red that comes to mind because I feel that true inspiration energizes our system which consists of blood and of course blood is naturally the color red. So for me that’s the color that I see. Are you willing to create a vivid picture to illustrate your experience, with your own color? Can you take a few minutes to describe this? What might you say about it? This is a short exercise to open up the pathways that are already present inside your heart. The catalyst for inspiration is already on its way. Be in peace and thou shall find. Ask and It will gracefully be given. Know this from your Heart and Soul. You do have the key to your own heart!

Inspiration may sometimes come as quick compelling urges that take over your entire being, or they may come in subtle, slower signs that take more time. Nevertheless they are divine messages that nudge you to create what you are gifted to give to the world. Sadly the spark that keeps dreams alive is too often squelched before it is ever given the chance to grow into that amazing opportunity of hope, promise and fulfillment. Stay aware and don’t let that happen to you. Your hope is valid for you simply because you feel it within your heart.

You have your own sacred relationship with yourself that needs to be nurtured daily. A fitting analogy is the beautiful flower that needs water, sunlight and good earth for its roots to stay healthy, so that it may blossom as nature intended it. How strong is your commitment to be true to yourself? Do you nurture your own roots? Do you consider all of your physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs? Have you given this much thought? What kind of inner dialogue have you been using to speak with yourself? Is this how you would choose to talk to a very dear friend? Remember that self care and self trust creates a healthy foundation so that you can use your key to open your heart.

Medical research now shows that we are each the creators of our own neuronal networks. Early on in life it was our caregivers who set the stage for how we experience life, however as we grow older it is up to us to create experience which forms who we are, how we think and behave and what we’re willing to do to stand up for what we believe in.

Hopefulness is an investment you make in yourself over time. It may start out in small ways though as you consistently take time to invest, it grows into even more hope. It is the vehicle for inspiration and change. It comes from your heart!

Release negativity and practice instilling hope! When you cultivate a hopeful template, it allows your personal inspiration to illuminate your innate talent and gifts. This promotes a spontaneous flowing forth in their most natural ways. Hope can make extraordinary things happen. When you open your heart to the life source of inspiration you'll be able to find more of it so that miracle moments can come about.

Hope with your heart and soul. Rely on it and know that you have the key to your own heart. Know that you can open up many new doors with this key. It is a matter of simply being the best self that you can be so that you can give what you came here to give. You came here to give your heart and soul. I did too. We all did, so always live with hope in your heart.

Grave danger in uprooting a Guru Do not accept a known guru as guru, and if you do, then do not turn your back on him. Use a pot if you do not like him. The pot will not have any problems. How can one understand all this? Questioner: At the time we make someone our guru, he appears to be very good, he

Questioner: If we surrender to the great souls that lived thousands of years ago, can that be considered surrender? Can we make any progress through such surrender or do we need to surrender to a living great man? Dadashri: You can progress even through Paroksha (indirectly- one not currently living). However if you find such a living (Pratyaksh) person, then your liberation will be instant. The indirect approach will give you the benefit of progress but there is no liberatio
