Wanting to have your girlfriend back is a good start, but it isn’t enough. By taking initiatives instead of wondering what happened and feeling sorry for yourself you can get her back. Show her what you are made of and have her back in your arms once again with these four suave moves.

The first thing to do is to get back to talking with her. Begin with what you have in common. A big subject to talk about is your feelings about this . Most of the time, the girl does most of the talking – if you want this relationship, you need to change this and start talking. The key is to keep the lines of communication open. Use the phone, an email, or a text message. There is so many ways to contact her there is no reason to miss this step. She might find it very romantic if you sent her roses with a card or note that talks about your feelings for her. This seemingly trite and corny gesture makes many points with nearly every girl.

Don’t forget the important numbers, whether that’s her telephone number or her father’s birthday. These dates and numbers are of great significance in her mind. If you forgot her birthday before, surprise her with your memory on her next birthday. If you cannot remember the day you two officially became a couple, exhaust all resources to figure that one out. Move heaven and earth to find it and use this information in talking with her. If you master all the dates and numbers pertinent to your relationship, you just might get your girlfriend back.

Going too far with communication attempts will scare her away though. Communication is good, but hounding her with phone calls, even late night ones, might freak her out and cause her to consider your actions as hopeless or creepy instead of sincere. Instead of potentially scaring her away, spend your time improving yourself. Never mind the reason for the break-up or the party that started the argument, they were uncontrollable reasons. What is done is done. Rely upon the positive things the two of you share and strengthen the commonalities that made you fall in love with each other in the first place. You know what is destructive to your relationship, so don’t ever bring them up. . The problems could be thoughts, actions, or physical objects, so make sure you know what they are and eliminate them. . That curio or other object that is a source of painful memories and arguments is not worth your relationship. Remove it from your life, move on, and don’t look back.

The most important thing is to keep happy – don’t be down about this. . Being up and staying there will make this entire process easier and fun. By being sure that this will work out you do nothing but make the chances for this to work out as you want it. A benefit of this attitude is that even if things don’t work out, you can honestly find what was broken and you can learn from the mistakes.

Getting a girlfriend to come back and commit again may be hard, but it is possible. . What will work for you will only work for both of you. The successful formula will be different each time, but you and your ex-girlfriend can get back together.

The idea of making yourself more desirable by making yourself less available doesn't make a lot of sense when you think about it. After all, Juliet would have plunged a premature dagger into the heart of her romance with Romeo if she hid in her room rather than go out on her balcony. The end of Sleepless in Seattle shifts from "awww" to "aw, no" if one of the two main characters skips the trip to the Empire State Building. As these examples from fiction show, making yourself
