Do You Care or Curse? Ultimately, that is the choice we make with our feelings hundreds of times a day-care or curse? The difference between the two often means happiness inside or despotic misery. The choice is real, most of the time automatic and situational, but once you begin to pay attention to your feelings and thoughts you will begin to realize that yes you do make one of the choices.
Just when you think it will never happen, your miracle comes! What a liberating thought-to love and live with expectancy. Have hope, expect a miracle. Something good is going to happen to you, especially for you, TODAY! Keep this declaration in your subconscious mind throughout the day each and every day. This attitude of gracious acceptance with genuine gratitude for your miracle, whether large or small, elevates your consciousness and messages to the universe that you are ready. Ready to receive, ready to reciprocate, ready to live your purpose.
Nothing is stronger than intuition. Intuition is what I call "inner trust." Most people, including me, do not trust their intuition even though this inner trust guide is almost always in all ways right. But, you should tune in to your intuition. Author Laura Day in How to Rule the World From Your Couch, explains how your intuition will help you become more powerfully connected to your life. She says that intuition, which women have a stronger sense of, is the staff of success. Bob Scheinfeld in The Eleventh Element, calls intuition the X-factor for success.

You Didn’t Say That-no you didn’t! We are bombarded with a minimum of 70,000 thoughts day and night. New science suggests that the number of thoughts that we process through our mind now reaches over a million given the frenetic, over stimulated environment we now live in. And, researchers add that almost 70% of those 1.2 million thoughts are negative. It causes one to wonder why there is so much stress, anger, and worry in the world.
Most people fear change. No matter how much you are aware of and talk about making a change in your life usually because of the undercurrent of fear it is not done. The intent of the Emotional Exercise that I will write about and the Assignment given is to push you beyond the limiting fear. You can rule the world. You can live your dreams. You can climb any obstacle. You can live the best life ever! You cannot talk yourself out of what you behave yourself into
Strength can only be developed by practice and effort. Emotional Exercise strengthens the mental power vital to success.
Woody Allen makes a point here: "To love is to suffer. To avoid suffering, one must not love. But then, one suffers from not loving. Therefore, to love is to suffer; not to love is to suffer; to suffer is to suffer. To be happy is to love. To be happy, then, is to suffer, but suffering makes one unhappy. Therefore, to be happy, one must love or love to suffer or suffer from too much happiness." Whether you think Woody Allen's comment is funny or not does not matter (I think it is privately humorous), the question here is what is love?
It's all over the news! Hawaii is the "happy" state. According to a survey conducted by the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index that asked over 350,000 Americans how happy they felt in their state, Hawaii topped the list with New England states ranking high as well.
It was tempting to write another title headline: Are You an Addict? I decided against it for it is not my intention to highlight the word addict; instead my intention is to inspire action. So, to be clear the word ACtIOn is the operative meaning. What does it mean to be an action addict? That is a curious question that deserves a ten minute time out. Maybe it would be helpful to think about the words separately and then create your own connotations.
Is it a plane? Is it a star? No, it’s happiness. Questions surround the quest for happiness almost as much as people question what is up in the sky. The difference oftentimes is that the curious gazers will research and seek answers. How about you? Are you curious about happiness? NO. One word, two letters often stop the faint minded right where they are and they give up often never to try again. What makes this scenario so damaging is that those around them hear the story over and over again as they repetitively re-play their NO and what happened and how unfair it was like a iPod stuck on repeat. That one red letter word, no, becomes the rationalized excuse over a lifetime for not getting to yes. There are times when you must say I accept – as it is. It does not matter what you nod your agreement of acceptance to, the pivot is that you simply accept. No valuation. No evaluation. No nothing, only acceptance. Acceptance, really of ALL things, is the staff of a happy, serene life. Grant yourself permission to accept the things you can or cannot change. The Serenity Prayer by Reinhold Niebuhr asks us to live one day at a time, to enjoy one moment at a time and to accept hardships as the pathway to peace.

I did it and my results affirmed my inner “bliss” but clued me in to an unclear professional “bliss” whenever I spun the wheel while concentrating on my work. I pledge to work on that until my bliss is congruent both inner and professionally.
I coincidentally read the spine of the Reader’s Digest (large print mind you) for the first time at the same time I was recalling how fantastic my life is and noticed the tagline for the magazine “Life Well Shared.” What an awesome way to mark our purpose in life – to share and share well. My life has been shared with people and animals who have enriched my soul, without which I would not be the woman of care that I am.
Everyday contains opportunities, some call them miracles, but I have decided to concentrate on Monday miracles since it is an active means of attracting new bounties.
