Astrology - Fall More Deeply In Love or Just Have A Better Meeting of the Minds

Astrology - The Triad of Sun Moon & Rising - Aries to Pisces From Aries to Pisces Ego - Outer Personality - Interior Self - The Triad of Understandingr Astrology can get complex. I personally have 3 yods. Do you even know what a yod is? Take all the planets, spin them around, thrown in major asteroids that have been out there for aeons. Don't forget the nodes and the part of fortune and then as they spin, you come up with how the spinning is affecting everyone, and also how the spinning of all the planets is affecting your natal horoscope. Man, it is one big endless reading!

"Old Souls" - An Astrological Take on Those Mysterious People That Get That Name

What is an "Old Soul" Just what is an "old soul"? This is a phrase that precedes "new age" ideology and reaches back into our old English lexicon. It embraces the idea that a particularly, wise, world weary, or compassionate person "goes back" into a time that precedes the present. It is a tacit acknowledgement that certain people, just walking around with the rest of us, might have a "pre-inca ative" past, as it were, that makes them seem to have a wisdom or understanding that the rest of us don't have.

Secrets to Getting Along with Cancer, Leo and Virgo

AstroMagnetism As a student of Astrology since 1975, I have listened to all the party talk about this sign and that sign and what they seem to be like. Of course, most people are talking about their particular Cancer, their most beloved buddy - Leo, or their hated parent - Virgo. When you hear people talk about a sun sign, you are most likely hearing about two or three (at the most) intimate, close (hated or loved) relationships they had with those signs. That's fine. That's the fun of it, and that's our short hand way of figuring out our loved ones and also chatting about astrology.

Why 'Do Guys Drink Beer?

GABA - The Supplement Better Than Hops There is a reason why guys drink beer. Actually, there are several reasons why guys drink beer. I am referring to the calming quality of beer that goes beyond the effect of alcohol. Beer's uniquely calming feature in beer is a special property makes that gives it the "bee ess" of this ancient brew. Beer's Calming Agent and GABA - No, this is not a morality lesson here. Its an interesting question. Don't say "Cause of the alcohol". Sure that's a big reason. But why beer?

The Adaptative and Strenuous Challenge of Being a Stay At Home Dad

The Toughest Job Being a "Stay At Home" Dad is a study in focusing on what is not natural to you. It is an extremely tough job. Then, she's a girl. Then she is a Libra. For those of you who are not familiar, a Libra female is proper, balanced, preoccupied with being pretty and love's a nice environment. You have to learn how to change a girl, and you have to comply with Mother's rules (which are very particular).

2012 to 2013 - Astrology Drives a New Awareness of The Job of Looiking at the Future

2013 - People Think Anew Fast Forward. It's 2013. Whatever has happened in 2012 has happened. I classify what people are predicting in three ways: 1) Complete Cataclysm in which survival impulses, if there are people, are the only things people will be pondering and acting on for years.

Men Are From Uranus, Women Are From Satu

Mars and Venus only the Beginning of the Story Men Are From Mars and Women Are From Venus. I know it was a best seller. John Gray wrote a great book in 1992 and it helped people see how understanding distinctive separations of gender function could lead to greater harmony. It was a success and I praise it. But astrologically speaking, the Mars and Venus dogs just won't hunt! There is more to it, if you will permit an astrological continuation of the theme. Women are as martian as you can get.

Astrology and Christianity - Posing Thoughts for the 21st Century

The Syncretistic Formalizing of Current Beliefs And I Wanted to be So Revolutionary - So many religions are born in the white hot fire of social conflict and change, and then the little begiinning religion has to go through centuries of development. The human consciousness has to grow toward it, and the new religion succeeds because essentially, the time has come for it. CHRISTASTROISM is essentially syncretistic and a homage to what the Greek centered belief contained around the Life of Christ.

Outside the Bedroom - Why Breaking Up Is So Very Hard To Do

Life Outside the Bedroom - Couples As Emergent Morphogenic Fields When I have counseled with couples in the past, I have noted that no matter how difficult, turbulent, or seemingly negative a relationship is, I see an absolute entanglement and interconnectedness in the couple. One woman said, "I am an Aries and he is a Scorpio! I don't know why we are attracted to each other. We seemingly can't stay happy, but we need each other somehow so much.

The Ram and The Goat - Can They Walk Together?

Aries - Caprico These signs are both "Cardinal", which means they share an Action-Oriented approach to what they do. And Aries is Fire and Caprico is Earth. Capricorn's actions, and these people are not only action-based, but being an earth sign --- they also have A PLAN -- feed Aries' energy and bursting ambitious ideation, while Aries can make the best of a "finished plan", since they are not the best at finishing. These two in romance would be make quite an image.

First We Were Dreamers - Mammoths, Angels, and Demons

Before Psychology and Religion, there was Us and our Dreams - As we stand on the proscenium of the Future, in the 21st Century's front door, it is useful to remember that Humans are not our things, not our technologies, not our web, nor our electronic codes. We are not the New Age. We are not all the research locked up in endless hard drives. We are ourselves. Our Psyche, our Hearts and our Souls. We are walking around creatures who think and feel and get worn out at the end of the day, then we lie ourselves down and sleep.
