We each have an individually unique “Thought System” comprised of our interpretation of our own thoughts and those of others accumulated throughout our lives. It is impossible for any two of us to have identical thought systems. Others will never think exactly the same way we do. The major impact our thought systems have on our relationships will be discussed in a future video.

I have spent over 30 years studying how our minds and emotions work. During these years I found myself constantly reflecting upon how the knowledge and skills I was learning could have benefited me as a child. I grew up in the 50’s and 60’s – a much simpler time. Yet, in hindsight I suffered from dysfunctional thinking, anger, moods, low self-esteem, and I stuttered – to the joy of my young peers.
