What is abundance or richness? By Manfred Johannsenr Most people think of things when you ask people about abundance or richness. However, at the most fundamental level it is not a thing. It is a feeling you have. It is a feeling of overflowing of happiness. Without the sense of abundance in that sense of happiness, you will not feel abundance inside of you.r
Determination and commitment are key words for winners. Winners live from the inside of their inner core and their essence. Being a winner means, you are always a winner. You have always been a winner. You are already perfect. You are already as you should be. You can always choose your road being a winner. Your road is always a road of a winner. You are open for ete al changes. You yourself are always changing ete ally. All is in movement and under constant change in the universe.
What is important for you? What is your foundation of life? Freedom, love, creativity, health, honesty, courage, gratefulness, legacy, intelligence, joy, happiness, fun, peace, playing, acknowledgement, security, control, respect, unity, truth, accountability, and others. You make your own list and prioritize inrnorder. You must find out what is really turning you on. What is burning in your heart? When do feel that you are making a difference in life? What do you love? What does your existing work and education mean to you? Are you fully engaged in what you are doing?r
An old Zen story tells that you must empty your cup before you can achieve something new. This applies also to your life situation. You must dare to give away in order to make room for something else to replace it. If you have a garage filled with old car tires, an old furniture, or stuff you did not use for a long time then give it away. Alte atively, do you have old cloths you never are using, give it away.
Goal setting is also possible with the rule of a 1000 steps. Reaching your goals is not hard, if you are trying to do it step by step. Let us say you have a big dream and a want of a new, outstanding innovation in your field of occupation or work. You watch out for the one and only innovation. You wait for the one and only big idea. You look for the one and only famous goal. You await the one and only big step forward. Sometime it works for very few people to make a turnaround of 180 degree.r
Where are all problems coming from? Why do we have our problems? You can ask all around you. Ask yourself. What do you want? What is coming up in your mind? It could be the desire for more money, a bigger house, a bigger boat, a lovely partner, a better health, a better education, better knowledge, children, friends, partners, and a good relationship to other human beings. Here are all problems of the world. Money. Relations. Health.r
If you want to stick to something static, that is the beginning of suffering. When you accept that all in life changes, you are not trying to stick to happiness and joy. You have to work with this aspect of awareness. You do not know when you die or when of your relatives dies. Therefore remember never to leave a meeting in excitement and with an unresolved situation or argument, because you would remember you word from the last meeting. Start your life with a decision. The starting point is to decide and then go. It is by deciding and then going that you are creating the new roads of your new life. It is by deciding and taking action by start going that you create success for both you and others. Your only job is to pay attention and be present during this process. Your job is to be. To be connected with your being. That you are in harmony with your strength, your core, your essence, and that you are fully engaged in all what you are working with. Here is the key to all.
Sometimes we are mistaken. We think and believe that other people have the same experience as we have. Imagine that you cross a street and are passing a very dirty car parking in the street. You see that is so dirty that a lot of mud sticks still to the tires. Imagine that five people are passing the car. The first one thinks what a dirty car it needs a car wash. The second thinks what a smart car. This car is good at driving off-road. The third thinks that the owner is a sloppy person. The fourth thinks that is the car of my neighbor, he lives on a dusty and muddy road.r
. It is very common among most people to resist joy and love. Why is it so? Most people have an unconscious resistance against giving. They think that they have to receive first to get something in return. But this is the wrong way round. You will first receive after you have given. Many times you are not aware what you want. But ultimately you want always joy and love in your life. As you want joy and love you need to learn who you are. You are the key yourself. When you realize who you are, then everything will appear in the right order. That is what spirituality is all about.
Make a decision that you will experience joy in everything you do. Be sure to wake up every morning and say to yourself that today you decide to be joyful. Do not get out of bed before you have this feeling of joy, because with this decision and feeling your day will be in a much lighter light and easier than without. When you discipline yourself, keep your promises to yourself, and keep on going to your essence, you will enjoy life. You need to have this desire and faith to begin your change.r
Your challenge is to clean the mirror of your life enabling you to see clear. To see clear is a wonderful challenge to get. Through your life in the doorway of the now, your soul comes into ete ity. When are you clear? How to be clear? What key to use? Do you have examples or template you may follow? Yes, others have walked on the road before you. However, you have to walk your own road. You have to find your own diamond within yourself. You do not need to go longer. Your road is so short that you do not discover it. That is maybe the secret of your life.r
If you are too mental, too much in your head, and too analytical, you may limit yourself in your personal development. It can prevent you from feeling your true essence. You may be very intelligent in a way and though be far from being intelligent in a different way. All humans have a different degree of intelligence. You have to aware of this when judging others. There is a picture in Taoism, praising the disabled. You cut the highest tree first. If the tree is ugly and twisted, it can stand for a 1000 years. Therefore, the Taoism praises the un-perfect as being perfect.r
