The body is designed for self-healing. Cuts, burns and broken bones heal. So will heart disease or diabetes if we know how to cooperate with the body’s healing mechanism. If we were born normal as 97% are, problems that we develop 40 or 60 years later are largely due to what we’ve been putting in our mouths, and the good news is that it’s reversible if we will change what we’ve been doing.
