Hi ,My name is Alex I am 67 yrs young an Upholsterer by trade and tutor upholstery at a local college (adult learning).
About 10 yrs ago I was diagnosed with arthritic syptoms in my wrist's and on top of that my partner Sandra has a tendance for high blood pressure.
Since then I have been very passionate about eating healthy and being as active as I can. I am glad to say that I have lost the arthritis in my wrists and we both feel a lot more active.
