Amy Stoehr is truly a Renaissance woman of sorts, with an education in communication, design, and engineering and an impressive record in real estate. As President of McLean International, she oversees all marketing and sales initiatives, coach training operations, and live events.
From 1996 to 2008, Amy filled a key position with Howard Brinton’s STAR POWER Systems – one of the top real estate training companies in the world. During her tenure, she developed many products, and launched the wildly-successful STAR POWER University programs, as well as the STAR POWER Coaching division.
Then, after founding Real Estate Masters Guild – a training and networking organization where panels of top-producing agents and success-minded brokers team up to learn from each other – in 2009, she partnered up with Linda McLean in 2013. This pairing proved the perfect partnership to take the Guild to a higher level of service and growth.
As a gifted coach with McLean International, Amy’s holistic understanding of management and business education principles and practices brings a whole new level of transformational versatility to businesses in ALL industries.

Executive One-on-One Coaching
These sessions are conducted entirely by phone, with you and your coach working in partnership to break through challenges, set actionable plans for your business, and achieve extraordinary results both professionally and personally. You are responsible for calling your coach, documenting your commitments, and providing status reports on progress made and challenges encountered. Your coach is responsible for helping you get clear on what you want, helping you formulate your commitments, listening for potential obstacles, and advocating your choices and successes.
Because Amy has been deeply entrenched in the real estate industry since 1992, those of you who are real estate professionals receive the additional benefit of hands-on help with real estate business tools and techniques, for no additional charge.
Together with your coach, you’ll determine whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly calls will best facilitate your growth.
Enrollment: $250 per call; special rates apply for four- and eight-session packages.
A man who carries a cat by the tail learns something he can learn in no other way. -- Mark Twain
Life is too short to wake up with regrets. So love the people who treat you right. Forget about those who don't. Believe everything happens for a reason. If you get a chance, take it. If it changes your life, let it. Nobody said life would be easy, they just said it would be worth it. -– Unknown
May it be said, when the sun sets on your life, you made a difference. -- Mac Anderson
What lies behind us and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us. -- William Morrow
The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts about reality. -- Franklin D. Roosevelt
A man who carries a cat by the tail learns something he can learn in no other way. -- Mark Twain
Do what you can — with what you have — where you are. -- Theodore Roosevelt
Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.... Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, to be gorgeous, talented, and fabulous. Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small doesn't serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that others won't feel insecure around you. We are born to make manifest the glory of God within us. And as we let our light shine, we consciously give others permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our fear, our presence automatically liberates others. -- Marianne Williamson
It's a funny thing about life; if you refuse to accept anything but the best, you very often get it. -- W. Somerset Maugham
Work joyfully and peacefully, knowing that right thoughts and right efforts will inevitably bring about right results. -- James Allen
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference. -- (modified from the original by Reinhold Niebuhr)
If you're considering getting a coach, make sure you find someone who has the following things:
1. formalized training, maybe even a certification to coach
2. being coached him/herself and willing to share who that coach is
3. free 15-minute sample call to find out what coaching with this particular person would be like
4. testimonials from other clients who've been coached by him/her
Take the time to research options. And remember, you get what you pay for. There are some companies out there offering "free coaching" and it may be a marketing tool to sign you up for bigger packages.
