Ashley Kreze

Ashley Kreze, MA, is a Canadian business owner, clinician, and executive coach building three ventures from Kelowna, British Columbia. She is the founder of Real Life Counselling, an online psychotherapy practice serving clients across BC and Ontario for seventeen years, with a dedicated focus on the construction industry and Kelowna's local business community. She is the co-builder of Real Life Response, a counselling platform for first responders and the families who love them, created with her brother, a first responder. And she is the founder of Ashley Kreze Coaching, an international executive coaching practice for senior leaders who are everyone else's sounding board and have none of their own, built around her Capacity Method and the cornerstone essay The Compensatory Tax.

Ashley is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO, Ontario) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (BCACC, British Columbia). Her coaching practice is distinct from her regulated clinical work. She writes the monthly letter On Building, and carries forward a leadership development standard learned from her late father: do more, see more, achieve more.
