Barbara Robins is an Energy Optimizer™, teacher, mentor and founder of Healing Is Fun™. She is also the creator of Into This Moment Quantum Optimizations™ (ITM), an approach to energy work that grew out of more than two decades of working with clients and teaching students around the world.

Her work begins with a simple possibility: Something underneath the problem may have made every other possibility feel unavailable.

Rather than asking people to think more positively, analyze everything that has happened to them, or simply try harder, Barbara works with what is underneath the struggle so other possibilities can become available again.

Her approach grew out of years of curiosity, experimentation and one persistent question:

What if...?

What if change could happen without so much struggle?

What if you didn't have to consciously figure out everything underneath a problem before it could change?

What if life could actually get easier?

Barbara began teaching energy work in 2003. Since then, she has worked with clients and taught students around the world, including healers, coaches, entrepreneurs, artists, performers and people who simply knew there had to be another way.
