Since She first learned about Reflexology in the early 60’s, Bobbi Warren, has studied, practiced and taught Reflexology worldwide. She began her formal studies n 1979 with the International Institute of Reflexology and became certified in 1983. In 1984, Bobbi began a two-year teacher-training program under the private tutelage of Dwight C. Byers, nephew of the late Eunice Ingham, and President of the International Institute of Reflexology, located in St. Petersburg, FL.
She then became a Regional Director for the Institute, teaching seminars throughout the United States, Canada and England. Besides spending a portion of each year traveling and teaching the seminars, she has had a private practices for almost 30 years.
In 1992, Bobbi became one of the first to receive her National Reflexology Board Certification.Her professional affiliations include:· Reflexology Association of America – Bobbi spent two terms as President and served as Co-Chair of the Y2000 national reflexology conference. Bobbi co-chaired the 2000 Conference in San Diego, CA.· Reflexology Association of California – Carter member and present Board member. Bobbi headed the committee that developed the Code of Ethics and Business Standards for California Reflexologists.· Foot Reflexology Awareness Association – FRAA- Charter member and former Board member. Bobbi has been featured in numerous newspaper articles on Reflexology and has appeared on radio and national TV. Bobbi and her mother, Muff Warren - also a reflexologist at age 80, make a great Mother-Daughter team, helping to promote Reflexology and their students in and around California. Bobbi, as a single person of 57, in her spare time, races very large sailboats, likes to experience local events, exotic vacations, the beach, read, dance, learn about her computer ( a never ending job!) and whenever possible - date.
