Brigitte is a Registered Nurse trained in Ontario, Canada. She has 12 years experience educating and coaching clients in physical, mental, spiritual, and psychosocial self care. She has successfully educated and coached clients dealing with issues such as substance abuse, infertility, long term illness, aging, body image, grieving, and death and dying.
Her interest in teaching self growth and empowerment is motivated by her own spiritual and creative journey. Her fascination with self help books started when she was 15 and her mother gave her a copy of Wayne Dyers, “Your Erroneous Zones”. She hasn’t stopped reading, attending seminars or spontaneously sharing her findings with all who will listen.
