I am exploring opportunities, which will benefit my career in journalism, education, training and executive management. I am confident that I can be an asset to any food service corporation, and would appreciate reviewing the enclosed resume that depicts my dynamic characteristics and skills. I am available for immediate placement and relocation. I am open to geographical areas including CA, MA, RI, FL, AZ, CO, OR, and TX.
Accepting challenges is something I do with confidence. I am a totally committed individual with pride in being direct, spontaneous, and communicative. I work and live a life of excellence. In 2007, I successfully became a first time published author. “California Healthy” published in September 2007, featuring the best of food and travel for southern California. Other published work includes featured food and travel articles in California Tour and Travel Magazine.
With nearly twenty years of experience and education, I acquired executive leadership, which allowed me to spontaneously interact with ethnic diverse populations and all age groups. I have been fiscally responsible for multi-million dollar operations. I am a motivator and organizer, and these skills have enabled me to effectively defuse problem situations with customers using tact, thus creating satisfied clients. Teamwork is another skill I have acquired, and one I know is necessary for organizational cohesiveness. I am a leadership for project management/educational and training programs, and provide direction to insure the progress, deadlines, and a successful outcome.
In June 2008, a decade of employment with Stanford University expired. Immediately following, I launched a professional website www.chefbiron.com, developed a business outline leading to the birth of Culinary Dreamin’, and attended seminars in California and Missouri. September 2008, I traveled for 6 months, and now ready to hit the road running full power. I will appreciate the opportunity to meet and further discuss my qualifications. Looking for forward to hearing from you. Thank you in advance for your consideration.
