Natural health and organic living has become my area of expertise over the past 10 years since I discovered some serious allergies. It started with environmental allergies and progressed to chemicals, preservatives, additives and eventually to many foods. I have taken great lengths to cleanse and purify my body, maintaining a healthy lifestyle by following a very holistic and natural regimen. Homeopathic remedies and natural supplements continue to be very beneficial.
Learning to deal with food allergies, sensitivities and restrictions is difficult, challenging and can be costly. My efforts to find food substitutes and alternative ingredients that were still tasty and satisfying proved to be most difficult; so I began to create my own recipes.
