My passion is exercise, health, fitness and eating the right kind of food.
I have been an avid exerciser since a teenager.
I now do cardio exercise, Pilates, stretching and strength exercises 3-4 times per week, to keep my body in fit and healthy condition. And of course eating the right kind of food too to balance my health and well-being.
