Prior to becoming a coach, Cecile spent over 17 years in the Financial Industry as a Senior Manager of Operations and Administration for one of Canada's larger Mutual Fund Companies with over $7 billion of assets under management and 30 funds. The sale of the company forced Cecile to pursue her passion – working with people to help them have a meaningful life, advancement and growth.
