David W. Earle’s career consists of 30 years of executive management in the construction industry, private investment banking, and corporate troubleshooter. Since 1992, he served as business coach to business and industry coaching over 500 leaders and executives with thirty-one different businesses ranging from Fortune 100 companies such as Procter & Gamble and PPG to small privately owned family businesses. He combines this extensive executive management experience with the healing arts of a licensed mental health counselor. This unique combination assists his clients to improve their relationships with themselves and with others, leading to increased productive and satisfying careers. Earle has present training on leadership, stress/anger management, conflict resolutions, DiSC Personal Profile®, employee counseling/discipline, etc. He writes Supervisor Skills a monthly column for Business and Industry Connection and is the coauthor of Leadership: Helping Others to Succeed and Extreme Excellence. He is a mediator and arbitrator for the Louisiana - Supreme Court, US Federal Court, Department of Rehabilitation, State Bar Association, National Association of Security Dealers, EEOC, and Construction Dispute Services and received the US Federal Court Distinguished Service Award for Mediation. Earle holds a Master’s of Science from Texas A & M University and a faculty member with the University of Phoenix.
